CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

To get the most longevity out of your tees we recommend the following tips:

  • Wash your tee inside out on a cold setting with similar colors using a gentle wash.
  • If ironing is necessary, iron inside out on a very low setting. NEVER iron directly on printed areas.
  • Hang dry or tumble dry
  • Avoid using bleach.

 

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME:

For standard shipping orders are received between 5-12 business days 

(however historically ships between 3-5 business days)

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?

Yes. Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email/phone number that was provide during checkout.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our sizes range from XS-4XL. Sizing charts are available under every product description. Our tees are unisex (mens) tees. We recommend women to order one size down from their regular size.

 

REFUND POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure upon checkout all sizes and color of the item(s) are correct. We will only consider exchanges for damages, defects or if the wrong item were shipped by mistake.

 

For exchange authorization please contact our customer service team info@theturquoisegarden.com. To be considered exchange request must be submitted 72 hours upon receipt of item(s) and all items must be in new condition (unworn, all tags and labels still attached)

 

 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS:

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping information for you to investigate. Any inquires regarding lost or stolen packages will be directed to contact to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING;

We do not ship outside of the U.S.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not accept any cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS.
